Looks like IBM likes some of what Team System has to offer..
In this New.Com article, "IBM invests in software governance", IBM talks about how it is adding tools to give project managers better control of development projects:
IBM is beefing up its development tools to give business managers better control of ongoing software development projects, according to IBM's Rational general manager Danny Sabbah
Hmmmm, sounds kinda like Team System to me. :)
