Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun held talks with New Zealand Defense Minister Judith Collins on Sunday morning on the sidelines during the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore.
In his opening remarks, Dong said, "Our face-to-face exchanges would contribute to the improvement of bilateral military relations and the further promotion of friendly cooperation between the two militaries."
